Originally founded in Puerto Rico in the year 2019 by Carlos G. Náter and his wife, Rita Ribot-Náter, a Puerto Rican couple who decided to impact people’s lives by attending their real estate needs. 

They established themselves in North Carolina in the year 2021, where they engaged in Real Estate Brokerage. In their process of staging houses and getting them ready for the market, they started doing business with very talented small contractors. After successfully completing several renovations in the Triangle Area, these contractors became like a family working as a team. That marks the beginning of the Home Improvement and Hauling Services division of Nater Equity.

Originalmente fundado en Puerto Rico en el año 2019 por Carlos G. Náter y su esposa, Rita Náter. Una pareja puertorriqueña que decidió impactar la vida de las personas, satisfaciendo sus necesidades de bienes raíces.

Se establecieron en Carolina del Norte en el año 2021, donde extendieron sus servicios de Bienes Raices. En el proceso de preparar las propiedades para el mercado, ellos tuvieron la oportunidad de hacer negocios con pequeños y muy talentosos contratistas. Luego de completar varias renovaciones en el “Triangle Area” de Carolina del Norte, estos contratistas se convirtieron en familia, donde trabajaban en equipo. Esto marca el comienzo de la división de “Home Improvement” y “Hauling Services” de Nater Equity.

Carlos Náter

Co-founder / Real Estate Broker

Born and raised in Puerto Rico. Since young Carlos Náter was exposed to carpentry, and during his teenage years, he would build furniture with his father. In the late 90s and early 2000s, Carlos became a well-known entrepreneur on the island selling high-tech equipment. Currently, he got established with his family in North Carolina and serves as a licensed Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico and North Carolina, as well as a well-versed project manager for all his home improvement projects and hauling services.

Rita Ribot-Náter

Co-founder / Interior + Graphic Designer

Born and raised in Puerto Rico. Rita is a mother and wife with the soul of an artist. She was raised in the arts of dancing, painting, and singing. Rita graduated from Entertainment Business, Interior Design, and self-taught Graphic Design. In the year 2008, she founded and ran for 10 years a yoga studio where her business and marketing skills flourished. Currently, she is established in North Carolina where she serves the family business as a graphic, staging and interior designer.
